Casa Zwerger is a three bedroom detached villa of exceptional quality, occupying an elevated position with views down over the village and then beyond to the mountains and plains of Andalucia. The fabrics and furnishings are excellent quality and there are well-tended gardens all round.

The villa is all on one level with the main part of the house consisting of the lounge, dining room, kitchen and main bedroom (with large en-suite bathroom), each having easy access onto the front terrace. There is a typical Cabrera dome above the dining table which has been a unique extra touch with a mural on the inside showing the panoramic views from the house. The lounge has a fireplace and television and there is internet access in the study corner. The bright airy kitchen has a full complement of appliances including fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the separate laundry room.

Behind the main house is a sheltered patio which is sunny or shady depending on the time of day. Then across the patio are the two other bedrooms and the second bathroom. Once again, no expense has been spared on the furnishings.

Outdoors the swimming pool has terrace all round and is very private. There is a covered dining area for a spot of shade, and a built-in barbecue. Last, but not least, there is an off-road parking area.

In the centre of Cabrera (approx 1 km) there is El Arco Bar serving drinks, snacks and lunches and two restaurants: Los Pastores and Riad Cabrera. There are many more bars and restaurants in Turre, catering for all tastes and budgets.

Cancellations:
