The villas were built quite recently and therefore benefit from every modern convenience. The gardens comprise planted areas (in typical Canarian style), private swimming pool and a terrace with both sunny and shaded parts. There is furniture for outdoor eating as well as lounging in the typical warm Lanzarote sunshine.
There is lots of space indoors too, and the villas have been decorated with style and elegance. Facilities are first-class including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher as well as the more obvious appliances. There is a large flat-screen television in the lounge and even another smaller one in the master bedroom. Air-conditioning is installed in the lounge/dining room and the main bedroom, although the moderate Lanzarote climate means that both heating or cooling are rarely required.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Two further bedrooms with double or twin beds are served by a second bathroom. Even the hire car can be kept cosy in it's own garage.
Yaiza Village comes under the same ownership as the Casona de Yaiza and Casa de Hilario small hotels, so there is always a warm welcome there for the villa's guests. A supermarket, bus stop and various restaurants are all within a short walking distance.
