Casa Vistasur is a pretty village house that has been recently restored for holiday accommodation. It's found in the same road as the Hotel La Fructuosa, similarly facing south the gather the sun and to enjoy the spectacular views that have made Gaucin famous.

The house is laid out on two floors, fully equipped and decorated in a pleasing choice of colours. Downstairs there is the living room, complete with a pretty fireplace ideal for the cool evenings of winter, a downstairs toilet and the large kitchen that also enjoys the unique views and has space for breakfast around a traditional Spanish table.

On the upper level there are two double bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes. There is also a games room which doubles as a small third bedroom with a single bed, the bathroom and a charming terrace. Inevitably the terrace becomes the most-used space in the house due to it's sunny position and (say it again) spectacular views.

The village of Gaucín is rightly famous for the views, as well as for it's peace, tranquility and clean fresh air. Resting in the middle of the Ronda mountains, it is readily possible to take all manner of walks through the forests and national parks or visit other attractions such as the town of Ronda itself. The nearest beaches of the Mediterranean are only 35 km away while the Atlantic coast at Tarifa is hardly much further.

Walking, hiking, climbing, caving, horse-riding, beaches (35km), golf (the famous courses on the Costa del Sol are not far away).
Casa La Terraza is run by the people at La Fructuosa hotel, so you have their excellent restaurant on the doorstep (except in winter), and several others around the village.

What We Say:

It's impossible to tire of the view from the terrace. Every hour of the day, it's a different view.

Cancellations:

Cancellation must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) no later than 5 days before arrival. Cancellations after that time will be charged at 20%. Cancellations at one day notice are charged 50%. No-shows are charged 75%.
