The Ocean View Penthouse is a unique and beautifully designed loft apartment refurbished to a very high standard and sitting in the centre of the little coastal resort of Costa Teguise. Set just back from Las Cucharas bay, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers the best beach on the island for windsurfing.

The penthouse has been furnished to a very high standard in a chic, modern style. The large, glazed open-plan living area has panoramic views over Costa Teguise and Las Cucharas bay. There is a comfortable seating area for eight with satellite television, a DVD player and WiFi internet connection.The spacious, fully equipped kitchen/diner has an oven/hob, all the necessary small appliances and dining furniture for eight.

There are two light and airy double bedrooms, both with king-size beds and one with an extra single bed, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, plus another separate WC. In the corner of the lounge area is a curtained double bedroom with fantastic views, that can also double as a daybed. Sofa beds in the lounge extend sleeping capacity further so 6 people are very comfortable and seven or eight is possible without too much compromise.

Outside, there is a good-sized, partly covered, south-facing terrace with uninterrupted views to the coast. Perfect for entertaining, there is a barbecue, dining furniture and two sun loungers for chilling out.

This is not "just another apartment" but something genuinely distinctive and unique. The immediate surroundings are peaceful yet the resort of Costa Teguise is readily at hand. Unless you plan to visit the sights of the rest of the island, a car is not necessary for a holiday at the Ocean View Penthouse.

What We Say:

Villas of Spain doesn't normally provide apartments, as they are generally packed in and lacking in individuality. The Ocean View Penthouse is different though, in a great location and reflecting the stylish good taste that we find in all the properties run by Michelle.
