Casa Margarita is a 200 year old Canarian finca built in the traditional style around two interior courtyards. The house has been restored by the present owners, John and Jacky Kennedy who, whilst retaining all the original features, have created a house where both antique and modern pieces sit at ease with their surroundings. A house incorporating every modern convenience whilst retaining a feeling of warmth, rusticity and charm.

At Casa Margarita life revolves around the inner courtyards. The spacious accommodation comprises of a lounge with volcanic stone fireplace - perfect for those cooler winter evenings, a separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three large double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

The main courtyard situated in the centre of the house offers guests the opportunity to relax in the sun or shade, there is a second courtyard complete with a barbecue and a large verandah, great for those long, leisurely al-fresco meals.The large secluded garden, well stocked with palms and feature plants provides ample space for relaxing around the solar-heated lagoon-style swimming pool.

John and Jacky live only a short distance away so they are always available if needed, giving a special personal touch to a holiday at Casa Margarita. This means that they can also offer the house on a bed and breakfast basis for four people, and even extend this to an evening meal or barbecue, by arrangement.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) at least 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days notice will lose the deposit and cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the booking.
