Casa Ladera is an attractive detached villa a short distance outside the village centre of Cabrera. From this privileged position there are views in all directions: west, towards the village; south, up over the Sierra Cabrera with Eagle Rock in the middle-distance; north, down the hill to the ranch and beyond to Cortijo Grande golf course, Bedar and the Sierra de Santa María; west, towards Loma del Colorado where there are fantastic sunsets nearly every evening.

At the front of the villa there is a large private swimming pool surrounded by an ample sun terrace, not overlooked, yet enjoying all those fabulous views. Closer to the house there is another terrace for al-fresco eating out. Then behind there is a garden planted with orange trees and the crowning glory is yet another terrace on the roof.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with two double settees, dining table, log burner, satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the utility room. One bedroom has a king-size bed (with shower room ensuite) and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate full-size bathroom.

In the centre of Cabrera (approx 1 km) there is El Arco Bar serving drinks, snacks and lunches, and two restaurants: Los Pastores and Riad Cabrera. There are many more bars and restaurants in Turre, catering for all tastes and budgets.

Cancellations:

Cancellation must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellations after that time, will be charged the 20% deposit.
