There are three recently-restored Canarian country cottages at Caserio de San José, forming part of a finca that extends to four hectares in total. Guests here have, literally, acres of space to enjoy all the peaceful little corners of the finca as well as their own private space around their chosen cottage.

The shells of the houses are pure Canarian stone-built country architecture, and indoors the traditional materials have been given a hint of modernity that makes a pleasing and practical holiday home-from-home. The open spaces of the ground floor blend seamlessly from kitchen to dining area to lounge, with the main bedroom(s) upstairs open to the rafters. The kitchens provide all the appliances that are likely to be needed on holiday: hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee-maker.

Outdoors, each house has a nice terrace for outdoor eating and there is a shared barbecue area. The huge lawn has sunbeds and sunshades and a very ample swimming pool for the ultimate in relaxation. And if the relaxing gets too, well, relaxed, there is a well-equipped gym to burn off some excess energy.

The owners live on the same finca, assuring guests of personal attention if there is anything they need. It is their pleasure to share their grounds with their guests. This is a great little place for a really relaxing holiday, enjoying the peaceful Canarian countryside, well away from any hustle and bustle.

Cancellations:

Cancellation must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) at least 10 days before arrival. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will be charged for the full booking.
