Can Roca is a roomy villa located in quiet countryside halfway between the small town of Pollensa and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is also just 2.5 km from the Pollenca golf course.

The living room opens out onto a spacious terrace with barbecue. This then leads on to a swimming pool with roman ends and a lawned garden, where total seclusion and tranquillity can be assured.

The interior offers one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom, the living room with satellite televisionand afully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine.

Can Roca has central heating for the cooler months so is available all year round. Perfect for those wanting to visit out-of-season to combine undisturbed privacy with a traditional ambience.

Puerto Pollensa is a holiday town that has all the right facilities without the raw commercialism of bigger resorts. For those with more energetic ambitions, there is excellent walking and cycling in the countryside around, the spectacular Formentor peninsula is nearby, there are sailing lessons on hand, or maybe you would prefer to try Spanish classes or local wine-tasting. Pick your time of year to visit the music festival or art exhibitions.
