Villa de Terrazas is a modern villa built in the typical Cabrera style, perched on a rock outcrop with the La Pilica mountain behind and distant views all around. The main house contains the master bedroom with en-suite, while the second bedroom is part of a separate studio apartment. This makes it ideal for two couples or a family with slightly older children.

Terraces and balconies abound, so there is always a sunny spot or a shady spot to eat a meal, have a drink or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the country. The garden has been attractively laid out with expanses of gravel and lots of native plants and cacti.

In the main house, there is of course a large comfortable lounge with air-conditioning and Sky television, and an expensively-equipped kitchen with wooden cupboards and a granite worktop. Upstairs the bedroom is spacious with its own balcony and a large en-suite shower room. The studio apartment can be effectively self-contained as it has it's own kitchenette and shower-room. There is a nice lounge with television and a double bedroom positioned to enjoy the open views of the nearby hills and the sea in the distance. Peace and tranquility assured.

In the centre of Cabrera (approx 2 km) there is El Arco Bar serving drinks, snacks and lunches, and two restaurants: Los Pastores and Riad Cabrera. There are many more bars and restaurants in Turre, catering for all tastes and budgets.

What We Say:

Villa de Terrazas is located around the back of La Pilica mountain, in a group of about 8 houses separate from the main village. Rancho Cabrera is just down the road, so don't be surprised to see horses roaming free and munching on the grass and herbs just below the villa. Due to the abrupt drops at the edge of the garden, young children will need to be carefully supervised.
