This is a separate studio apartment within the grounds of Villa de Terrazas, ideal for a couple but capable of taking a third person sleeping on the sofa-bed. Whereas most such apartments in Spain are found in dense blocks in towns, this would be your own unique little space in the country, a short distance from the coast

The villa and the apartment are newly built to a high specification with comfort in mind. At the front entrance there is a patio with great views of the Cortijo Grande golf course ideal for sitting out to enjoy the sun and the views. The villa itself has a typical central courtyard with yet more shady/sunny areas all of which can be accessed easily. Just five minutes away you can play tennis or go riding. The golf course is five minutes away by car.

Indoors, there is of course a comfortable lounge with air-conditioning and Sky television, and a combined kitchen with a granite worktop. The kitchen has a hotplate, toaster and microwave, making it suitable for preparing breakfasts and snacks. The bedroom, also air-conditioned, is positioned to enjoy the open views of the nearby hills and the sea in the distance. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower. The price is designed to reflect a small but perfectly formed accommodation, with peace and tranquility assured.

In the centre of Cabrera (approx 2 km) there is Fatima's Bar serving drinks, snacks, lunches and dinners and two restaurants: Los Pastores and Riad Cabrera. There are many more bars and restaurants in Turre, catering for all tastes and budgets.

What We Say:

Villa de Terrazas is located around the back of La Pilica mountain, in a group of about 8 houses separate from the main village. Rancho Cabrera is just down the road, so don't be surprised to see horses roaming free and munching on the grass and herbs just below the villa.

Cancellations:
