ECO LUXURY VILLA

This luxury villa sleeps up to 6 guests in ample sized rooms, with wooden floors and traditional stone walls. The villa has been tastefully furnished with influences from Morocco and Indonesia giving it an exotic feel.

The villa has been loving restored to a very high standard using local stone and wood for its floors and walls. It is set on one level and is very spacious being 200 square metres in size, and thanks to the original solid stone walls keeps cool in summer and warm during winter.

There is a bespoke hardwood and granite fitted kitchen with grill, 4-ring stove, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and washing machine. There is also a granite topped breakfast bar with views from the kitchen area across the garden. The spacious lounge has hardwood floors and double patio doors leading outside. Features include an Indonesian day bed and columns, Moroccan coffee table and a decorative Morrocan internal window. This room also has a comfortable double sofa bed for extra guests.

Through the large hall way we come to the master bedroom which boasts fantastic mountain views, hardwood floors, antique furniture and a large 160 cm double bed. Other features include a large built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with jet bath and walk-in shower. The second shower room also has a walk-in shower and both bathrooms are fitted with Italian-designed glass and steel sinks and Moroccan mirrors. The second bedroom has two single beds, a comfortable double sofa bed, a wooden floor and hand painted Chinese furniture.

Outdoors there are lovely mature gardens, a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue, and an outdoor thatched 'breeze house' dining area with sea views. All this in addition to the pool and other gardens shared with the other users of Finca de Arrieta.
