The 'Eco Finca de Arrieta' retreat is a truly unique holiday location set in rural surroundings only 300 metres from the beach of Arrieta. It offers 11 different self-catering options ranging from stone-built villas and a farmhouse to authentic Mongolian yurts. The owners live on site and are on hand should guests require information or assistance. The Eco Finca is a superb demonstration of how to enjoy a luxury holiday without it costing the earth.

Each property has sea views, south facing terraces, sun loungers, teak dining set, a barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, king size double beds, stereo, parking area, and is fully independent and private. They are set in mature, exotic gardens with fruit trees and bushes such as mango, banana, guava & lime. Guests are free to pick any of the organic produce and may also visit the hen house to collect fresh eggs.

The shared pool area boasts a 10 metre solar-heated pool, sea and mountain views and a Polynesian style day bed. There is also a large covered area where there is a second kitchen, further dining table for 8 guests and authentic Moroccan floor seating. This area is spacious and has a hard wood floor. A perfect place to read a book or enjoy a meal.

Young guests are not forgotten and have their own children's play area which includes a play park, sand football pitch, trampoline and the resident donkey "Mollie".

The Finca runs entirely on wind and solar power and is a unique example of sustainable living. It possesses one of the largest and most efficient renewable energy systems in Lanzarote giving guests the opportunity to experience living with the latest renewable energy technology. Other green credentials include waste water recycling, Led lighting, solar pool heating, natural well water for pool, A+ class fridge's, organic fruit and vegetables and it is within walking/cycling distance to many amenities.

Arrieta beach and village are  just a 5 minute walk away, the village has the beauty of being a Canarian Fishing Village along with all amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars etc.

Guests at Finca Arrieta can enjoy various extras such as evening meals cooked for you at the Finca, excursion to the local farmers market, baby sitting, aromatherapy massage and body board and surf trips and lessons. This area of Lanzarote is fantastic for walking/mountain biking etc. Or maybe you just want to relax and read a good book next to the pool in peaceful surroundings. Local activities include surfing, sailing, fishing, wind-surfing, tennis, cycling, horse riding, paragliding, golf, walking, mountain biking, and swimming.

Cancellations:

The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) at least one month before scheduled arrival. Later cancellations will be charged the full amount.
