At ground floor there is the kitchen-diner equipped with an electric 4 ring hob and oven, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine and granite work tops. On the first floor is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room looking out onto the narrow street. Then climbing once more, there is a twin-bedded room on the second floor, again with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, with a view across the village rooftops to the valley beyond.
Finally at the top of the house is the sun lounge and the sun terrace with fantastic views over the village roof tops to the valley and mountains. This terrace catches the sun from mid morning until sunset all year round.
The cottage is centrally heated throughout with electric storage heating to ensure a cosy ambiance during the winter months and the traditional construction ensures a coolness through the hot summer months of July and August. Decoration is typical of a local cottage, painted in traditional colours of the region with locally produced fabrics.
Quatretondeta is in an ideal location for walking holidays in the hills and mountains of Alicante. The owner of the cottage organises guided walking holidays and it is even possible to have a full-board meal package as well. In summer, the nearby village pool is popular with locals and visitors alike, and benefits from a qualified life guard on duty when the pool is open.

What We Say:
Although only 50km from Benidorm, walkers tell us that the mountains around here are totally deserted and you can walk all week without seeing another person. Whether you are a dedicated strenuous walker or simply fancy a half-hour stroll away from the car, this area offers some of the most beautiful scenery and breathtaking views.Customer Feedback:
