Situated within just a few metres of the large communal swimming pool, Alcazaba 12 is an attractive villa within the little Alcazaba group of villas. As well as the amply-proportioned terrace and garden around the pool, there are extensive private sunbathing terraces around the house and stunning views over the surrounding villages, valleys and distant Sierras.

The accommodation was newly-built in 2004 and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. It offers an ideal holiday for those seeking an “away from it all atmosphere”. The living room has a television, fireplace and a window looking out on the view, and the dining table under the typical moorish dome seats six. One bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room while the other has twin beds and a separate shower room. For comfort, there is a choice of ceiling fans or air-conditioning.

Outside, the front terrace is nearly always sunny and is an ideal spot for breakfast while enjoying the distant views down the mountain. There is also a rear terrace that is more shady and also ideal for a midday or evening barbecue. Furthermore, the shared swimming pool has a large terrace all around so there is always somewhere to take the sun and another place to find a bit of shade.

In the centre of Cabrera (approx 400 m) there is El Arco Bar serving drinks, snacks and lunches, and two restaurants: Los Pastores and Riad Cabrera. There are many more bars and restaurants in Turre, catering for all tastes and budgets.

This little villa is one of the newest in Cabrera, on a small development clustered around the lovely swimming pool, with spectacular views down across the mountain towards the coast.

Cancellations:
